שלחון ("אנחנו", "השירות") מחויבת לשמירה על פרטיותך. מדיניות זו מסבירה אילו נתונים נאספים, כיצד הם נשמרים ומוגנים, ומהן זכויותיך לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות הישראלי תשמ"א-1981 ותיקוניו.
1. מי אנחנו
שלחון הוא שירות הרחבה לדפדפן Chrome המאפשר ניהול תקשורת עסקית דרך WhatsApp Web. האתר ממוקם בכתובת shalchon.com.

2. מידע שאנחנו אוספים
2.1 מידע שאתה מספק

2.3 מה אנחנו לא אוספים
- תוכן ההודעות שאתה שולח בוואטסאפ — הן לא עוברות דרך השרתים שלנו
- רשימת אנשי הקשר שלך
- היסטוריית הצ'אטים שלך
- מספרי טלפון של הנמענים (מעובדים מקומית בדפדפן בלבד)
- תמונות, קבצים, או מדיה
3. כיצד אנחנו משתמשים במידע
- ניהול חשבון ורישיון — לאפשר גישה לשירות
- עיבוד תשלומים — מועבר ל-PayPal בלבד; אנחנו לא שומרים פרטי כרטיס אשראי
- שליחת מיילים תפעוליים — אישור הרשמה, מפתח רישיון, עדכוני חשבון
- מניעת הונאות ושימוש לרעה — אכיפת מגבלות שימוש
- שיפור השירות — ניתוח אנונימי של תקלות
4. שיתוף מידע עם צדדים שלישיים
אנחנו לא מוכרים, מחכירים, או סוחרים במידע אישי. אנחנו משתפים מידע רק עם:

כל הספקים עומדים בתקנות ה-GDPR וחתמו על הסכמי עיבוד נתונים (DPA).
5. אבטחת מידע
- כל התקשורת מוצפנת ב-TLS (HTTPS)
- סיסמאות מאוחסנות כ-bcrypt hash — לא נגישות אפילו לנו
- גישה למסד הנתונים מוגבלת על-פי Row Level Security (RLS)
- מפתחות API רגישים לא חשופים בצד הלקוח
- מזהה המכשיר (fingerprint) אינו מכיל מידע מזהה אישי
עם זאת, אין מערכת אבטחה שיכולה להבטיח הגנה מוחלטת. אנחנו מתחייבים להודיע לך בתוך 72 שעות על אירוע אבטחה שמשפיע על המידע שלך, בהתאם לדרישות החוק הישראלי.

7. זכויותיך לפי החוק הישראלי
בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות תשמ"א-1981 ותיקון 13 (2023), יש לך זכות:
- עיון — לדעת אילו נתונים שמורים עליך
- תיקון — לתקן מידע שגוי
- מחיקה — לבקש מחיקת המידע שלך ("הזכות להישכח")
- התנגדות — להתנגד לעיבוד מסוים של המידע שלך
- ניידות — לקבל עותק של המידע שלך בפורמט מקריא
לממש את זכויותיך — שלח אימייל ל-support@shalchon.com. נטפל בבקשה בתוך 30 יום.
8. עוגיות (Cookies)
האתר משתמש בעוגיות הכרחיות בלבד לצורך ניהול ה-session. אין אנחנו משתמשים בעוגיות פרסום, מעקב, או אנליטיקה של צד שלישי.
9. הרחבה לדפדפן Chrome
הרחבת Chrome של שלחון:
- פועלת מקומית בדפדפן — תוכן ההודעות לא נשלח לשרתים שלנו
- שומרת הגדרות מקומיות ב-chrome.storage.local (לא מסונכרנות לענן)
- ניגשת ל-WhatsApp Web בלבד (web.whatsapp.com)
- מתקשרת עם שרתי שלחון (supabase.co) לאימות רישיון בלבד
- לא אוספת נתוני גלישה, היסטוריה, או מידע מדפים אחרים
ההרחבה עומדת במדיניות החנות של Google Chrome Web Store.
10. ילדים
השירות אינו מיועד לבני פחות מ-18. אנחנו לא אוספים ביודעין מידע מקטינים. אם גילית שמשתמש קטין נרשם, צור קשר ונמחק את החשבון.
11. העברת מידע לחו"ל
חלק מהנתונים מעובד על שרתים מחוץ לישראל (אירופה וארה"ב). כל העברה כזו מתבצעת בהתאם לדרישות חוק הגנת הפרטיות ובהסכמים עם ספקי השירות. שרתי Supabase ממוקמים ב-AWS Frankfurt (EU).
12. שינויים במדיניות
אנחנו עשויים לעדכן מדיניות זו מעת לעת. שינויים מהותיים יתועדו בתאריך העדכון בראש הדף ויישלח מייל לכל משתמשי השירות. המשך שימוש בשירות לאחר שינוי מהווה הסכמה לתנאים החדשים.

Shalchon is a Chrome browser extension that enables business communication management via WhatsApp Web. The website is located at shalchon.com.

2.3 What We Do NOT Collect
- Content of messages you send on WhatsApp — they never pass through our servers
- Your contact list
- Your chat history
- Phone numbers of recipients (processed locally in the browser only)
- Images, files, or media
3. How We Use Your Data
- Account & license management — to provide access to the service
- Payment processing — passed to PayPal only; we do not store credit card details
- Transactional emails — registration confirmation, license key, account updates
- Fraud prevention — enforcing usage limits
- Service improvement — anonymous error analysis
4. Sharing Data with Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We share data only with:

5. Data Security
- All communication is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS)
- Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes — inaccessible even to us
- Database access is restricted via Row Level Security (RLS)
- Sensitive API keys are never exposed client-side
- The device fingerprint contains no personally identifiable information
No security system can guarantee absolute protection. We commit to notifying you within 72 hours of a security incident affecting your data, as required by Israeli law.

7. Your Rights
Under Israeli Privacy Protection Law (5741-1981) and Amendment 13 (2023), you have the right to:

- Correction — fix inaccurate information
- Deletion — request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Objection — object to certain processing of your data
- Portability — receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format

8. Cookies
The website uses only essential cookies for session management. We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics cookies.
9. Chrome Extension
The Shalchon Chrome extension:
- Operates locally in the browser — message content is never sent to our servers
- Stores settings locally in
chrome.storage.local(not synced to the cloud) - Accesses WhatsApp Web only (
web.whatsapp.com) - Communicates with Shalchon servers (supabase.co) for license verification only
- Does not collect browsing data, history, or information from other pages
The extension complies with the Google Chrome Web Store Program Policies.
10. Children
The service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you discover that a minor has registered, please contact us and we will delete the account.
11. International Data Transfers
Some data is processed on servers outside Israel (Europe and the USA). All such transfers comply with Israeli Privacy Protection Law and are governed by agreements with our service providers. Supabase servers are located on AWS Frankfurt (EU).
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the date at the top of this page, and an email notification will be sent to all users. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
